The draw will be conducted live at the venue.

There is no limit on the number of tickets available for sale.

• First Prize
  $8,000 Hello World Travel Golden Square travel voucher

• Second Prize
  $3,250 Hello World Travel Golden Square travel voucher, which includes a $250 bonus

• Third Prize
  $1,600 Hello World Travel Golden Square travel voucher, which includes a $100 bonus

All vouchers:

• Are valid for redemption until 31 August 2027

• Must be presented at time of booking at Hello World Travel Golden Square only

• Are non transferable

• Are non refundable

• Are not redeemable for cash

• Are not valid with any other offer

• May be subject to blackout dates between 20 December 2026 and 10 January 2027

• Any travel costs exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the winner

• No extension will be granted beyond the expiry date

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Victoria aged 18 years or over.

Members of Huntly Football Netball Club, including committee members and organisers, are eligible to purchase tickets and win.

 

How to Enter

Tickets may be purchased from authorised sellers, online via the club website, or at club events.

Each individual ticket purchased represents one entry into the draw.

 

Draw and Winner Notification

Winners will be determined by random draw.

The first valid ticket drawn will win first prize, the second drawn will win second prize, and the third drawn will win third prize.

Winners will be:

• Announced live at the draw

• Published on the club website and social media within 48 hours

• Contacted directly using the details provided at time of ticket purchase

Claiming Prizes

Winners must make contact and accept their prize within 30 days of the draw date.

If a prize remains unclaimed after 60 days from the draw date, the club reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Redraws, if required, will take place at the same venue and will be publicly announced.

 

General Conditions

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the raffle is final.
